LMArcade Giveaway — Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The LMArcade Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by AfterQuery, Inc. (“AfterQuery,” “we,” “us”), a Delaware corporation with principal offices in San Francisco, California (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to natural persons who are:

• 18 years of age or older at the time of entry;
• Legal residents of a jurisdiction where prize promotions of this nature are permitted by law; and
• Not current or former AfterQuery employees, officers, directors, contractors, or immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) or household members of any of the foregoing.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Sponsor makes no representation that participation is lawful in every jurisdiction; it is your responsibility to comply with local laws. Sponsor may exclude entrants from any jurisdiction at its sole discretion.

Winners in jurisdictions subject to U.S. sanctions (including but not limited to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions) cannot receive cash prizes; alternate winners will be drawn.

3. Entry Period

The current Giveaway cycle's start and close times are displayed in the site banner on lmarcade.com and are set by Sponsor. Cycles typically open after the prior cycle's draw and close at the time indicated on the banner, in U.S. Pacific Time. Entries received outside the current cycle window are not eligible for that cycle's prizes.

4. How to Enter

You may enter each cycle through either or both of the following methods. Both methods carry equal weight per entry.

4.1 Free entry (no votes required)

Sign in to lmarcade.com with a supported identity provider, then click “Join giveaway” on the site during the current cycle. Confirming the eligibility affidavit grants you one (1) free entry into that cycle's drawing. Clicking again during the same cycle does not add additional entries. Free entries reset each cycle.

4.2 Bonus entries (voting)

For every five (5) qualifying battle votes you cast during the current cycle window, you receive one (1) bonus entry into that cycle's drawing. A vote qualifies only if you genuinely engage with both game versions before voting; Sponsor may disqualify votes that appear to be automated, spam, or otherwise inconsistent with the spirit of the platform, in its sole and reasonable discretion.

There is no cap on bonus entries per account. Bonus entries reset each cycle.

5. Prizes

Qualifying battle votes determine the potential prize pool under the marginal rate bands below. These settings are fixed when the current Giveaway begins:

• Votes 1 through 10,000 add $0.10 each.
• Votes 10,001 through 15,000 add $0.05 each.
• The potential prize pool cannot exceed $1,250.

Qualifying votes also determine how much of the potential pool is unlocked for payment. The payable prize pool is the lesser of the vote-earned potential pool and the active tier's cap:

• Base tier: 2 winners, up to $250, split 70% / 30% by place.
• 125 or more qualifying votes: 3 winners, up to $500, split 50% / 30% / 20% by place.
• 150 or more qualifying votes: 4 winners, up to $750, split 40% / 30% / 20% / 10% by place.
• 175 or more qualifying votes: 5 winners, up to $1,000, split 35% / 25% / 20% / 10% / 10% by place.
• 200 or more qualifying votes: 6 winners, up to $1,250, split 30% / 20% / 20% / 10% / 10% / 10% by place.

Prizes are paid exclusively through AfterQuery's expert payout platform, AQ Experts (see Section 7). AQ Experts is the sole method of prize payment; Sponsor does not pay prizes by any other means, and winners must have an AQ Experts account to receive payment.

Prize values are stated in USD. Odds of winning depend on the total number of tickets in the current cycle and are approximately 1 in (total tickets in cycle) per ticket.

6. Winner Selection

The configured tiers in Section 5 establish the initial winner count. After the Giveaway reaches 100 qualifying votes, each complete additional group of 25 qualifying votes adds one winner slot. The effective winner count is never lower than the highest configured tier reached. If an automatic winner count has no configured place split, the payable prize pool is divided equally among those winners, subject to rounding to whole cents. A cycle cannot draw more winners than there are eligible entrants.

Winners are selected at random from all eligible entries in the cycle at or shortly after the cycle's close time. Selection is performed by a cryptographically-seeded random algorithm operated by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility of any drawn winner before confirming the win, and to disqualify entrants who violated these Rules, the LMArcade Terms of Service, or any applicable law. If a drawn winner is disqualified or does not respond within the timeframe below, an alternate winner will be drawn.

7. Winner Notification and Prize Claim

Winners will be notified by email at the address associated with their lmarcade account within three (3) business days of the draw. Winners have fourteen (14) days from the notification date to claim their prize. Failure to respond within that window forfeits the prize; an alternate winner will be drawn.

All prizes are paid exclusively through AQ Experts, AfterQuery's expert payout platform. An AQ Experts account is required to be paid. Sponsor does not pay prizes by check, gift card, direct bank transfer outside AQ Experts, or any other method.

To receive the prize, a winner must:

• Confirm eligibility under Section 2;
• Create an AQ Experts account (or use an existing one) and complete AfterQuery's standard expert payout onboarding at afterquery.com/experts, including submitting tax information (Form W-9 for U.S. residents, Form W-8BEN for non-U.S. residents) and payment details;
• Provide any additional identity verification reasonably requested by Sponsor.

The payout onboarding is administrative only. No task completion, evaluation, or work is required to claim a prize. Winners who already have an AQ Experts account with payout information on file may receive prizes without additional onboarding. A winner who does not create an AQ Experts account and complete payout onboarding within the fourteen (14) day claim window forfeits the prize, and an alternate winner will be drawn.

Sponsor is not responsible for prize delivery failures caused by incomplete or inaccurate information, or for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

8. Taxes

All U.S. federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will report prize income as required by law. For prizes to non-U.S. residents, Sponsor may withhold applicable U.S. federal tax at the statutory rate (currently 30%) unless a reduced treaty rate applies and the winner has provided appropriate documentation.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if it becomes technically corrupted, if fraud or abuse is suspected, or if events beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impair its administration. If terminated before a scheduled draw, Sponsor may award prizes based on eligible entries received up to the point of termination, or announce an alternate resolution.

Any attempt to tamper with the entry process, undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway, or defraud Sponsor may be a violation of criminal or civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to pursue remedies to the fullest extent permitted.

Sponsor's decisions on all matters relating to the Giveaway are final and binding.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, by entering the Giveaway, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation, entry, or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor's total liability for any claim relating to the Giveaway will not exceed the ARV of the prize at issue.

11. Privacy

Personal information submitted in connection with the Giveaway is handled in accordance with the LMArcade Privacy Policy. Winner tax and payment information is retained by AfterQuery as required by law and for tax-reporting purposes.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Rules and the Giveaway are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from the Giveaway will be resolved in accordance with the Dispute Resolution section of the LMArcade Terms of Service.
